Today comes the announcement that Facebook has introduced video for Instagram.

Users will be able to record and upload 15 second clips which are now just a click away by hitting a new video icon which has been added to the updated app. New filters are also available for video which will allow the user to change contrast, hues and a number of other variables. To use the video feature you will need to hold down the new red video record button for 15 seconds. From there you will simply post the completed video on Instagram to share. A cool feature called ‘cinema’ helps to stabilize the video to prevent them from appearing like amateur clips. This feature is limited to iPhone 4S and 5 users at present.
