Dynamic form builder
The dynamic form builder functionality is usually found only in the most advanced content management systems. With the Dynamic Form Builder, administrators can build and manage complex forms without the need for HTML and programming skills.

Auto Archive
sitedock™ can automatically archive objects based on their age, or a configured number of current objects. Objects can also be configured as archived on the fly through the sitedock™ Control Panel.

Timed Objects
Using timed-objects, administrators can define publishing and expiry dates, with the option of automatically archiving expired items. Time objects are particularly useful for time-sensitive information such as press releases.

Breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs are a two-fold, front-end feature that allow users to understand exactly where they are within the structure of the site and observe every object (pages, categories etc) that they have visited - with a view to revisiting those visited objects at any stage

Flowcharter
The flowcharter is an impressive technology that utilises Macromedia®Flash and XML to provide a liquid and printable flowchart hierarchical representation of every object within a site. The tool is particularly useful for Intranets and troubleshooting information bottlenecks.

SQL Query
With the SQL Query sitedock™, technical users can run a Microsoft®SQL string (script) against the sitedock™ database. This effectively delivers no end to the complexity and type of reports that can be generated by the licensee

Versioning
With the base installation of sitedock™, users can view the entire history of an object. With the optional sitedock™ Extension, Versioning, administrators can view the individual changes on an object, and revert to a previous object to a degree of five versions.

Personalisation
sitedock™ can deliver an effectively unlimited degree of personalisation. This personalisation can either be via sitedock™ itself or through a third-party CRM (eg. Prism XEN, Goldmine) or similar data container.

Spellchecker
Based on the Microsoft® Dictionary, administrators can spell-check their data prior to being published.

Dynamic to Static content conversion
The Dynamic to Static sitedock™ Extension functionality is usually only found in top tier content management systems. Essentially, dynamically generated content (eg. content generated by sitedock™) is not as fast to load as static (full precompiled data) content: while the difference is negligible (and only a reflection of the requirement of dynamic pages to reference a database per load), the difference can become considerable where the server demand is considerable. The Dynamic to Static sitedock™ Extension converts dynamic content to static content on the fly; this does not affect the site’s structure or appearance in any way, but on a high-demand site, greatly enhances the responsiveness of the site.

PDF Maker
The PDF maker allows for the real-time creation of personalised Adobe Acrobat documents (PDFs) based on user-generated information.

Weblog
