One of Sydney’s leading web development firms operating on the bleeding edge of technology is looking to recruit an experienced Web/Digital Producer to be responsible for the coordination of web and online project activities within an exciting and expanding team environment. Working on some extremely innovative and exciting web 2.0 web development projects, there is excellent opportunities to progress a career in Web project management/production.

What we are looking for?
We are after a Web Producer who loves what they do, and are ready for a challenging, but fun-filled role!
Ideally the right candidate will be someone who is well spoken, is highly organized and will bring at least 2 years experience within project management and web production in an agency, studio or IT and web development department on the client side. You will have had experience with CMS solutions, as well as a general understanding of .NET technologies, HTML, CSS, and other web applications.
To be successful for the role, you will need to show the following:

• Strong project management skills (project plans, budgets, risk assessment).
• An understanding of the digital space from both; a business and a marketing perspective.
• Strong on processes and documentation.
• A general interest in bleeding edge technology and how to use it.
• A proactive ‘can do’ attitude with high attention to detail.
• The ability to deal with issues under pressure whilst not affecting preset constraints such as budget or time.
• Mocking up wireframes and site maps.
• And finally, above all, we are looking for a people person, with a sense of humor and a thirst for fun, who can add value to a team bursting at the seams with talent!

What will you be responsible for?

• Drive and manage projects from inception to completion/delivery ranging from website development, email and online marketing through to new and customized Web 2.0 applications
• Daily tracking of projects to ensure deliverables are met and project milestones are tracked.
• Dealing with, prioritizing and accessing ad-hoc client-related issues and concerns.
• Managing multiple resources, as well as multiple projects at one time.
• Making sure projects are delivered to scope, within budget, and to a high level of quality and workmanship.
• Consulting with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are carried out as scheduled.
• Assisting the sales/business development team with budgets/cost estimations
• Creating functional requirements documents out of client business requirements and objectives
