The successful candidate will take on the challenging role of ensuring our clients achieve the best solution to their business objectives and users’ needs. The candidate must have a proactive and positive attitude to work in this highly dynamic environment

• Establish and document full project requirements through information gathering & analysis to ensure a clear and common understanding of the project scope

• Identify and describe key users and their needs through personas, scenarios and task analysis

• Perform expert reviews, competitive analyses and develop strategies through consultation and discussion

• Devise appropriate solutions using the following techniques;

-usability analysis
-site maps
-user journeys
-wireframes
-interactive prototypes
-detailed functional specifications

• Explore all possible opportunities to provide the business with cost-effective processes in the web environments

• Deal with constant change and advances in technology within the web-based delivery environment

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• 4 years experience in related digital media or web development roles such as an information or solution architect, business analyst, or producer

• Degree in computer science, or in a business studies, science or engineering discipline with specific studies in information technology

• Skills and experience in analysing business requirements

• Skills in web architecture and site design to produce functional specifications

• A strong customer service focus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
