Trek Bikes is largest American manufacturer of bicycles and produce some of the world’s most advanced bikes such as the Madone road bike and Fuel mountain bike. Many of the premium and high bicycles are built at Trek's world headquarters in Waterloo, Wisconsin, USA.

Client Objective:
Trek Bike’s main objective was to develop a dedicated website for the new Trek Bikes Concept Store in Rouse Hill and to promote the Trek Experience.

Apart from specifically the Trek Brand, the website had to also promote all their major brands including Klein, Nike Cycling, Gary Fisher, Mirraco, Saris and LeMond and showcase each of the bikes of that brand.

The website also had to have the ability to publish regular news, articles and events related to both the Trek Store and the website.

Wiliam’s Solution:
Featuring some of Trek bikes stunning photography, Wiliam both designed and developed the Trek Bikes Store website on Sitedock CMS. Sitedock allows the Trek Bikes team to manage the content of the site, easily and with very little training.

Considering the business plan of Trek Bikes, Wiliam built a great deal of future proofing features into the site, so as the Concept Store business expands, they can relatively easily publish and populate bike specials and accessories product galleries. The website was also built to be easily duplicated if another store like the Rouse Hill one is established in the future.

Successful Outcome:
The Trek Bikes website has certainly assisted in creating a broader awareness of the brick and mortar store and is good example of how a standalone store can promote online.
