In developing TravelForce’s website, Wiliam had to address how to integrate a highly complex booking system with a sophisticated and functional itinerary retrieval system in user-friendly and functional manner.

The development included the creation and integration of an autonomous user-privilege administration system, through which TravelForce could manage its systems and applications.

sitedock, Wiliam’s proprietary content management system, was implemented to allow TravelForce to manage not only the look and feel of their website but also to retrieve the bookings made online which were automatically sent to a database.

Wiliam was also able to liaise with TravelForce’s creative agency to devise an appealing and effective interface to deal with the extensive demands of the TravelForce web site.

The TravelForce web site accommodates for the needs of the TravelForce administrators, as well as providing comprehensive and user-friendly service features to TravelForce’s clients.

Wiliam continues to work closely with TravelForce to ensure that the web site’s development is always up-to-date.
