A Woolworths business, Big W strategy online is the same as offline: big, bold and beautiful.

Wiliam has worked with BigW since 2009 on a range of projects, though none a large or successful or indeed, as awarded, as Online Layby.

Launched for Toy Sale in 2011, Wiliam worked closely with BigW to strategise, design and develop online layby for BigW customers.

That the online layby program won 2011 Online Retailer’s ‘Marketing Initiative of the Year’ is some reflection of the success of the strategy, which smashed targets many times over.
